Dear colleagues and friends,

On behalf of China Section, AOAC INTERNATIONAL, we would like to cordially invite you to attend the China Section meeting Forum of Food Analytical Science and Standards 2018. This meeting will be held on May 3-4, 2018 in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide a platform for scientists and regulators from China and global to exchange the advanced analytical science, to know the update scientific activities of AOAC stakeholder panels, with involvement from China, track the progress of AOAC SPIFAN, AOAC ISPAM and AOAC SPSFAM. The details of the meeting are as follows:

 I. Time

   Meeting: May 3-4, 2017. Registration: May 2.

 II. Place

    Kunming, Yunnan Province, China

 III. What's in the meeting?

1 Progress of chemical contaminants analytical techniques (new contaminants, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, mycotoxins, heavy metal residues, food additives, MCPD, BPA, Anti-biotics method etc.)

2 Analytical techniques for FSMP (Foods for Special Medical Purpose)

3 Analytical techniques for Allergen in food.

4 Progress of food authenticity and traceability.

5 Progress of microbial detection technology

6 Rapid testing methods

7 Analytical techniques for functional foods and dietary supplements

8 Interpretation of relevant policies of food safety testing technology

9 Progress of AOAC SPIFAN (International Stakeholder Panel on Infant Formula and Adult Nutritionals); Comments from China side will be collected.

10 Progress of AOAC ISPAM (International Stakeholder Panel on Alternative Methodology).

11 Progress of AOAC SPSFAM (Stakeholder Panel on Strategic Food Analytical Methods), comments from China side will be collected.
